Kingfisher Classes
Each class teacher, carefully choses an author to represent our diverse and vibrant community. We strongly believe that books should allow children to see themselves represented and see into the worlds of others. One of the Author’s books is chosen and is given to every child in that class in the Summer Term as part of their Discovery Days. Previous authors have included Oliver Jeffers, Smriti Halls, Rachel Bright, Joseph Coelho, Mini Grey, Nadia Shireen, Angela DeTerLizzi and Ross MontGomery.
