At Kingfisher CE Academy we aim to provide the children with an extensive range of fun, purposeful and diverse learning opportunities enabling them to become confident and independent learners. Through this we believe they will build solid foundations for their learning and continue to reach their full potential as they progress through their school years. We deliver this curriculum through a Continuous Provision approach based on current research.
By following the Early Years Framework and the National Curriculum, we set out various learning opportunities throughout the inside and outside classroom where children are able to discover the learning themselves or with an adult. The children are able to engage in adult or child initiated learning. Through interactions and focus adult groups, the adults are able to support the children with their learning.
